The Zoom H4N Digital Handheld Recorder is Zoom's most sophisticated handheld recorder to date. The H4n offers up a significantly improved user interface, integral X/Y stereo condenser microphones, a digitally controlled mic pre-amp and the ability to use both internal and external microphones simultaneously for 4-channel recording.

The Zoom H4N offers superior, built-in X/Y stereo condenser microphones that allow variable recording patterns at either 90° or 120°. The Zoom H4n portable digital recorder has a large 1.9 inch LCD screen, an intuitive interface and an onboard reference speaker.

Free Highlight DVDs

We are offering 3 Highlight DVDs free for all weddings booked for 2013.

The highlight DVD is a short DVD of the best bits of your video cut down to a 30min video, we find these to be most popular as 'thank you' gifts, and for those that could not attend the full day. It's a snap shot of the day, edited to music and is also ideal for putting on your social network site or blog.

We have found over the years that most wedding videos only include the bride getting ready, however we believe that including the Groom's Preparations is a nice added dimension to your wedding video.

 

 

Bride's & Groom's Preparations

We will arrive to capture your preparations, a female Videography will arrive for Bride, and male for the Groom preparations.

During our time with you we will capture a general picture of the events taking place, however we will not be able to capture your departure as we need to arrive at the Ceremony to capture your arrival.

 

 

The Ceremony

We like to arrive early to take shots of the location and interior of the venue. During this period we aim to capture the Best Man, Groom and guests arriving, taking their seats and if possible the setting up of the venue.

Just before the Ceremony we place a radio mic on the Groom to capture your words clearly. As the mic is a radio mic it does not require any wires or cables and can be easily attached to a belt or placed in the Groom's pocket.

For the Ceremony we place up to two cameras at the front with one 'locked off' and the other operated and usually two are also placed at the rear, with one being operated.

Other moments we aim to capture include, the signing of the registrar, a glimpse of the photo shoot, confetti shot, Bride & Groom leaving for reception and the general atmosphere.

 

The Reception

Bride & Groom arriving, guests arriving, general shots of guest enjoying the venue, cutaways, photo shoot, table layouts, table plan, receiving line 'if possible', guests taking their seats and the speeches.

During the filming of the speeches we will use, if required, all four cameras depending on the size of the room, while we have two cameras capturing the top table and the speaker, we also use two cameras to catch your guest reactions, general ambiance and the receiving of gifts.

On the top table we use two sound capturing devices, the Zoom captures sound in a 360' direction which we place as close to the Best Man as possible, the other device is a radio mic which we hide in the flowers on the top table in the direction of the main speakers.

During the meal we leave the room and do not film guests eating.

 

 

Personal Messages

The personal messages is very similar to a video booth,

We find that we get a better response by approaching your guests, rather than a static fixed camera, your guest will feel more at easy with us giving them advice and direction.

Please advise us in advance if there is anyone that you would particularly like to be captured on film.

 

 

 

Montage Of Photographs

We can include in your video photos new and old. Simply provide us with up to 25 images/photos and we will include them in your video and set them to music.

This is a great way to show case some of the best moments in your lives which we put in a slideshow type sequence with movement.

 

 

Digital Images From Video

From your video, we can provide on disc images of your favourite moments.

We can provide a maximum of 40 images in any format you require.

 

 

Footage Shot in High Definition

We shoot all our footage in HD 1080i. We convert HD footage into SD when we produce your DVD, but if you require your footage in Blu-Ray please contact us.

 

Filming beyond 9pm

We film up to the First Dance or 9:00pm, if you require our services beyond this time please discuss it with us beforehand. Don't worry if things are running late we will not just leave or charge you extra because things a running a little bit behind schedule.

If you decide on the day that your require our services for a little bit longer please let us know so that we can arrange additional hours or come to some sort of arrangement.
